It's funny what shining a spotlight reveals. It got me thinking again about how I structure my day. I would say the hardest part was the timing of the meals. I would get busy and forget to eat. I ended up using a small timer. Within three days I felt great and was successful at losing pounds too. <BR/><BR/>There's a lot of truth to keeping your insulin levels in check.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
